Buyer has not paid
Buyer won auction and won’t pay for what we agreed on. Nothing in the cancel order drop down to state cancelling due to this buyer failing to pay for order: it has been five days since he won the bid

If you sent the buyer an invoice as a reminder … that would have reset the start date to Day 1 … so you would have to wait again for Day 5 before you see the ‘Buyer hasn’t paid’ option for cancellation.
Stop sending invoices!
