Buyer has not finished the financing/payment process after more than a week... What are my options?

Question

Last Monday (10/6), a buyer purchased a vehicle I was selling through eBay. They opted to use financing (through the Caramel service). I uploaded all the pictures and documents as requested, but the buyer has not gone through any of the steps necessary to finish the purchase (as of 10/13). I messaged the buyer a reminder late last week, but I have not heard back. eBay doesn't offer me the option to report the buyer for non-payment. What are my options here?

@writerjwa eBay Motors listings are non-binding. Either party can walk away without penalty. You could relist it.
