Buyer has just now asked item be shipped to a different address
Am I protected by shipping to a different address than listed on shipping? Isn't this against policy? Thank you

Mentor1 year agoSellers need to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. The seller will then need to file a Cancellation due to Problem with buyer's address and the buyer will be refunded. The seller now needs to relist that item, buyer then repurchase and pay, and this time, s/he needs to be sure to click the CHANGE link and make the correction for the SHIP TO address s/he wants the item shipped to.

Mentor1 year agoNo, you are only protected if you ship to the details/address shown on the order payment that the buyer provides when they pay.
If you change the address, you lose protections if they claim "not received"
