Buyer has exaggerated size
I put up pictures and measurements and she said it is stretched out but she has stretched it out on the rug. I don't think it's fair that I have to pay to ship the item twice when I don't accept returns. I cannot contact Ebay. I can't even upload pictures onto this of the item. I used to think selling on Ebay was a good thing but now they tax on used items without my consent, they are all for the buyer which is great if you're a buyer and they are MIA whenever I have an issue.

If the buyer has opened a "not as described" claim, do not dispute it. If you do, things will not end well for you. eBay always sides with the buyer in a "nad" so take a deep breath and accept it. Send the shipping label and wait until you have the item in your hands, then refund. If the buyer has to go to the trouble of taking the item to the post office, maybe she won't ever get around to it.
By the way, "no returns" doesn't mean the same thing as "no refunds" ... if you fight the nad or drag your feet, after three days the buyer can Ask eBay to Step In. This is something you absolutely want to avoid. If eBay does step in and help, they help the buyer. eBay will refund the buyer out of your account, will not require the item to be returned, will not credit back your fees, and will put a Defect on your account.

Mentor1 year agoHi @thestore7
The buyer will be able to ask eBay to step in after 3 business days … at which point eBay may refund them with your money and let them keep the item.
Or the buyer could change their mind and do nothing.
Are you feeling lucky?
