Buyer has error in address on ebay
I printed label for buyer through ebay. Tracking as of 9/12/2024 shows item being returned to me (seller) because buyer had insufficient address( address on ebay). The package arrived at her (buyer local PO) but was updated to return to sender. I have not received package back yet. What happens now? Thanks!

If the Buyer still wants the item they can pay you outside eBay and then you can ship to them. If they don't want the item you can Refund their purchase less your out of pocket shipping cost and let them know that ahead of time.
