buyer has different address than the one listed
the buyer requests the item be sent to a different address than the one listed. I have printed the USPS label. The buyer has not received the product. What do I do?

Mentor2 years agoThe only thing to do now is to contact the buyer to Cancel the purchase. Explain that s/he needs to change the SHIP TO address. The seller can Cancel the purchase with the reason Problem with buyer's address, relist the item, buyer makes the purchase, and this time when s/he goes to pay, s/he clicks that CHANGE option and types in the address s/he wants the item shipped to.
