Buyer has both a refund and the ebay order-Buyer refusing to return order or refund
I am the seller and the USPS was very slow shipping to buyer
Buyer filed a item not received and i refunded payment
The USPS delivered the order to the buyers address
I contacted the buyer to simply ask buyers intentions as i sent proof of the tracking in the ebay message showing proof that the buyers order had been delivered by the USPS
Only legit response i got from buyer told me to ' slow my role"
I want some advice here as this is really frustrating as buyer is totally in the wrong here and needs to make tings right as i did not offer anything free to buyer
Buyer is taking advantage of a new seller here and i am at the point where i may report this to the authorities as i am not happy with being ripped off here

When a buyer receives a refund, that ends the transaction.
The buyer is not required to re-pay the seller or return the item, (even though it would be nice if they did).

OP1 year agoBuyer has both the ebay order purchase that was delivered to them by the USPS and the full refund so you are ok with someone doing that yo you i guess

I am not ok with it, as I stated, it would be nice if they repaid you.
I am just stating the fact that the buyer is not required to repay since they were already refunded.
When a buyer is refunded, that ends the transaction, so no further action necessary. (fact)

OP1 year agoBuyer has BOTH the refund and the ebay order and things need to be done about this as i did not sign up here to be gamed by deceptive buyers

In the future, if you know the item is on it's way but delayed, you can ask Ebay to extend the time to refund.
Normally if you entered the tracking details in the request details that shows the item is still on the way, Ebay might give you extra time before you have to refund.

OP1 year agoBuyer has both the ebay order and the refund.I was told that that was not legal to keep both but that tells me that i need to find another site to sell on it things are like that here as a buyer should not have both the order and a full refund. That is total **bleep**
