Buyer has been sold a conterfeit product
Buyer has been sold a confirmed counterfeit product, and seller is playing dumb. Can't reach a human Ebay agent, and fear that because I'm "outof the seller's return window", I have been robbed.

Mentor8 months agoIf it has been less that 30 days since date of delivery, you are covered by the Ebay 30 day Money Back Guarantee, so you should be able to file a Return Request.
