Buyer had wrong address in ebay so item returned to me
Buyer had the wrong address in e-bay so I received the item back. She has updated her address in e-bay and still wants the item. How do I go about shipping the item and charging her for the additional shipping cost?

Mentor3 years agoAsk for her email address and send a PayPal invoice for the cost of reshipping.

OP3 years agoIf I do that, I can't ship through e-bay since the item was purchased before she changed the address.

Mentor3 years agoYou can send a PayPal invoice, let her pay it with the correct address, then use PayPal shipping to create a label.
