Buyer had wrong address
The post office returned a package to me because the buyer did not have a mailbox (they have P.O. Box) I have been in contact with the buyer and they want the shipment. eBay said they were investigating the case for 2 days. In the mean time I mailed the package…again on my dime (paid shipping twice). Mailed at the post office the same day the post office returned it to me. In the mean time eBay gave the buyer their money back. They said they would make a decision in 2 days. 2 hours later they returned the buyers money. So the buyer is not only getting free merchandise from me, but I am out shipping twice for trying to do the right thing. I’m extremely upset with Ebay

u r the one who decided to send the pkg a 2nd time to the same address where it was already sent back to you the 1st time.
u should have refunded the buyer minus shipping after the 1st return back to u.

OP3 years agoin the mail today I got the package back. I asked the buyer if they still wanted the package and they did. So I went back to the post office and mailed it again to her. Then eBay refunded her the money. Now her package is in route and I paid for shipping twice, and eBay refunded her money. I’m out my merchandise, my money and paid for shipping again. I have receipts for it all along with the buyer messaging me 8 times.
