Buyer got refund through ebay but I haven't receive my item back
Ebay refunded the buyer already but I haven't got my item back. I contact them but they couldn't get me through to talk to the high claim department. Said they'll call me back but never heard from them for like 3 weeks now

If you did not send a return shipping label and refund the buyer willingly then eBay forces a refund from your account, you do not get your sellers fees back, you get a Defect, and the buyer is allowed to keep the item.
You can try reaching out to the buyer and send them a return shipping label in eBay messages as a JPG image. I would buy the label on Pirateship
