Buyer Got Refund but Never Returned Item – Need Advice
Hi everyone,
I’m a seller and recently ran into an issue I’m hoping someone can help with.
I sold an item, the buyer received it, but then decided to return it. I processed the refund, expecting the item back… but I never received the return. I’ve tried contacting the buyer multiple times, but they haven’t responded.
At this point, I’m at a loss of both the item and the money. I’m not sure what else I can do. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any way to escalate this through eBay or recover the loss?
