Buyer got Refund and USPS Found Package...Sent to Buyer

Question

Buyer complained about USPS taking too long with shipping....I put in multiple search requests which all came out empty....buyer asks for refund which I follow through...contact USPS they say to claim insurance....then few days later package magically reappears and is sent to refunded customer...so customer got a free item or customer needs to return item or pay for item?

If the buyer has already been refunded, they are not required to send the item back or reimburse you.

You can contact the buyer and ask if they would be willing to return it if you provide a prepaid return shipping label.
