Buyer gave wrong street name, H street instead of M street. Buyer has 10 positive feedbacks, probably wants the item still. Do I cancel the order and have him repurchase? LMK

Yes, you can cancel the purchase and you are only obligated to refund item price. Let the buyer know you will relist the item, s/he repurchases, and this time makes sure the SHIP TO address is correct.
