Buyer gave wrong address
I had a buyer give me the wrong address and I paid the shipping. She still wants it but I’ll have to pay the shipping again. Should I ask her for the shipping amount?

Click on this link to > Cancel the label
Then, you can cancel the order using the reason: "Issue with buyer's address." The buyer will be refunded and you can relist the item.
Notify the buyer that you relisted the item and to be sure to change the shipping address as they are checking out for the second time.
