Buyer gave wrong address

I'm not sure how to proceed

a buyer purchased an item. They didn't update their address so it arrived to their prior address. The current home owner forwarded the item back to me the seller stating that the person moved. The buyer still wants the item. How do I correct this and get the item to the correct addresses and have the buyer pay for shipping once again?
