Buyer gave me wrong address
Hello, I’m a seller on eBay and a buyer just messaged me today saying he didn’t receive an item that I had sent out October 7, over a month ago. In the chat he said he lives in Croatia. When I checked the address he had supplied me with, it was shown as being in the United States. The address I was given didn’t match what he told me, which explains why he didn’t receive the item he bought. I’m not at fault here since the address he provided was incorrect. How do I resolve this issue? Please help, thanks.

Mentor2 years agoHe likely used a freight forwarder. You send the package to them, they send it to the buyer. Assuming tracking shows it was delivered to the address he provided, your job is done. He'll need to contact his freight forwarder.
