Buyer gave incomplete development
Desperately need help here. I am a first seller and I sold to an individual who is claiming they did not receive the package but USPS states that they did and doing further research the address they provided is an incomplete housing development that is not built yet. Any ideas on how to proceed and whether I can get this resolved relatively quickly through contacting EBay directly if needed.
