Buyer from UK cannot purchase my item (in US)

Can someone help me fix a listing that I thought was set up correctly for international selling and shipping, but a buyer from the UK cannot purchase it. She keeps getting the error saying that the seller does not send item to Essex, UK. I've got international shipping set up as worldwide

Your items re set up correctly. Some items cannot be exported to specific countries. Vintage toys and dishes are often on the list of exclusions because they do not meet current safety regulations.
