Buyer fraud, no way to get ahold of ebay what can i do.

Question

My buyer purchased an item from me which i sent off. It said delivered, he said he didn't get it and put horrible feedback saying that I purchased a shipping label to their city and never sent an item. I screen shotted their address and told them i sent the item and purchased the shipping via usps through the ebay app, and that is the address and tracking number i used. two days later he says "it never arrived until now", and two days after that he has now opened a ticket to get a full refund and i have no way to get ahold of anyone so it can be reviewed. What do i do? And all communication was through the ebay app so everything is saved including him saying the item arrived.

Frustrated ebay seller....

So i had a tracking number, i did an update the tracking number to the same one. Will that fix the issue?

If a buyer opens a Refund Request due to Item Not Received, Ebay will send a message with all of the details to your registered email addressâ€”itâ€™ll also be available in your eBay Messages .

Once the buyer's Refund Request is opened, you have 3 business days to resolve the issue by responding by providing the tracking number.

How to add tracking information

Select Add tracking details and then Continue.
Enter the tracking number, or if you donâ€™t have it, the date you shipped the item.
Select the carrier you used from the dropdown list.
You have the option of adding a note to the buyer.
Select Add tracking details.
