buyer fraud
I am contacting Ebay regarding a serious issue with a buyer who purchased approximately 30 items from us and is now returning all of them under false claims.
The buyer selected the reason “received wrong item,” which is completely untrue. The buyer uploaded photos of entirely different strongly used items that do not belong to us, and the items shown in the photos are clearly used. This is a clear violation of eBay policies and an abuse of the return system.we never selling used clothes.
We have been calling eBay Customer Service every day for the past week trying to resolve this situation, but unfortunately nobody has been able to properly assist us.
We also requested a supervisor, and we were connected with a supervisor named Esther. Unfortunately, she was also unable to help resolve the issue. In the middle of our conversation, after we asked why the case was not being handled properly, she disconnected the call while we were still speaking with her.
We are asking eBay to carefully investigate this buyer’s actions, review the uploaded photos, and protect us from this fraudulent return abuse and policy violation. What we can do in this situation?

For the future and on your Buyer Management page you can limit the number of items a Buyer can purchase from you at one time or within a specific time frame. Buyer management | eBay
You can have those settings apply to all members regardless of their Feedback count.
I see you offer 30 day returns and the Buyer pays unless they are using a false reason for the return claim through eBay. My understanding is that they will have to file separate returns for each item.
It is important that you use the Report Buyer link on every single item that they return with a false claim once you have received the returned items AND do that before you refund them. Depending on what they return to you some or all of the eBay Seller protections may apply like withholding the original shipping they paid (unless the item was sold with Free shipping) along with deducting up to 50% of the item's sold price if the item(s) have been altered or swapped out for something else: Seller protections | eBay
Typically, eBay is not going to do anything while a transaction is in progress and that includes a return claim.
