Buyer Fraud

Can someone tell me what Ebay seller protection really means?

I have a buyer who has committed fraud. He claimed none of what he bought works. Ebay said he could return and told me to file appeal after receipt of mdse.. Got goods back and everything works.

My problem is getting a live person for seller protection. I have videos and a detailed memo that prove my innocence but cannot send video or memo. the memo exceeds amount of letters accepted.

Now they have refunded buyer and I am finding it impossible to defend myself.

Does anyone know how to get detailed info to ebay on appeal? They will not allow to send video or memo with more than x amount of words.

If I understand correctly, you received everything back and can resell it, so there was no fraud committed. If they had defrauded you, you would be out the item and/or money. They may have been unable to use the items for some reason, but there is nothing to appeal.
