Buyer forgot to update his new shipping address.
We shipped, and the item arrived at the old address! Buyer realized his error and checked the old address to find that the new resident had already returned the item to me. (I have yet to receive the returned package). The buyer still wants the item and has offered to pay the shipping to his new address. When the returned item comes back to me. How do I get a payment for the additional shipping from my original buyer without violating any, eBay rules?
Thanks for any suggestions you might offer me to solve this dilemma!

-The Buyer has lost their Money Back Guarantee with the package being returned to Sender.
-You refund the Buyer for the item price but NOT the original shipping, you advise them that it was spent on the packages round trip.
-You can Relist the item and the Buyer can purchase it again from you.
-Whie it would be possible for you and the Buyer to work out sending money to you electronically outside eBay it is not advised. The Buyer will have NO Money Back Guarantee.
