·3 years agoThere are no buyer fees on eBay. All fees are paid by the seller. Of course a seller who wants to stay in business will price the amount s/he needs to pay for fees into the price.
eBay will charge the buyer for the final price plus shipping and handling and any sales tax payable to the state/local governments of the buyer's shipping address. If the item is coming internationally the buyer is responsible for any customs fees that might be due (usually the carrier will collect those).
