buyer feels Louis Vuitton Bag is cheap like a copy from China because it smells like cheap leather
I recently sold Louis Vuitton bag, I have the original receipt as it was purchased from a shop here in Las Vegas. The buyer received it and I may have missed that he wanted the original receipt. But it went through the whole authentication process and the buyer feels it may not be authentic and it smells like cheap leather. This is a first time for me, what do I do ? Can I send the receipt and I can black out the name. Can a refund be requested? What if the buyer returns the bag and it’s not the bag I originally sent ? I would end up loosing on almost $5k and I sold him the bag for only $2350. Need someone’s guidance please !!
