Buyer feedback profile
After multiple purchases, my feedback count has not advanced. The most recent seller did not submit feedback; ebay/paypal made an auto-pay once my offer was accepted.
Upon delivery, I submitted positive feedback. Weeks have passed, messages sent to, both, seller and ebay, my feedback count still has not advanced.
This situation happened in the past and, that, FB count was never corrected.
So, how do I get this fixed?

OP2 years agoFeedback voluntary: Wasn't there a period where all completed sales required seller to post positive, initial, feedback? Also, is it possible to somehow bypass the feedback page - I thought a response is needed to trigger feedback/score from the seller?
Multi-feedback same week: Okay, I'll check that I may have overlapped a transaction in the same week.

As far as I know, feedback on eBay has always been entirely voluntary. I do recall that many years ago it was possible to leave feedback for anyone at any time. But eBay soon moved to a transaction-based feedback system.

Mentor2 years agoFeedback is voluntary; no one is required to provide feedback.
Also note that multiple feedback ratings from the same user within the same week only count once toward your total feedback number.
You have left six feedback comments in the last 90 days, and you have received five.
