As a seller, can I appeal or challenge a buyer's negative feedback? Thanks

There is no violations, you show an autograph with photos. If you are only selling the autograph you shouldn't be also showing photos of the person. The buyers feedback should 100% stick

I am sorry to say that you violated eBay policy with that listing. Anything shown in the photos on the listing can be expected by the buyer to be part of what they are purchasing. You cannot say in the description that the photos are not included with the autograph. eBay will not remove the feedback and I am sure that the buyer will not be willing to change the feedback.

1) You can ask a buyer to change their feedback

The only way to revise feedback is to have the seller send the buyer a "feedback revision request". Message the seller and ask him or her to send you the revision request. The seller link below explains how the seller can do that.

Don't send this until the buyer agrees in messages to revise their feedback. they only have 10 days to revise the feedback.

I'd probably send the buyer printed photos by mail, then ask them if they would revise.
