Buyer feedback
Hello everybody I was wondering if maybe somebody can help me I’m trying to get my seller performance up and I’m trying to get my rating up so I’ve been running auctions every week and selling things with no reserve. Everything has been going well but I’ve noticed that a lot of buyers are not leaving feedback. I have the automatic feedback option set up so as soon as a buyer leaves, me feedback I leave them feedback, but I noticed that a lot of buyers are not leaving feedback is there a way for eBay to recognize these transactions that have gone weeks months even years without feedback being left and apply it positively towards my account because if they don’t feedback, my seller rating never goes up and my ratio never goes up but the moment somebody leaves a negative feedback or a neutral feedback it affects my rating, but if they don’t leave any feedback, it does nothing so the ratio of people leaving no feedback to the people leaving neutral feedback which I haven’t had in the six months other than one neutral feedback which was completely out of my control. Somebody didn’t pay after an auction ended three days went by and I canceled the order and they left me neutral feedback, which I also don’t think is right you should not be able to leave feedback at all if you never even paid for a item you leave me feedback on something you never purchased my last thing I have dealt with a lot of very disrespectful and rude buyers or buyers who make false claims about items they purchase and the only thing I can do is reply to the feedback can’t leave negative feedback or neutral feedback if they can do it to us, we should be able to do it to them. That’s how democracy works. We shouldn’t have some rules but not for others I’ve been with eBay since 2013 and I would love to keep working with them in the future, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult to stay in business or to meet eBay demands when their policies are hurting sellers performance if anybody can help me with any of these issues, it would be greatly appreciated.
