Buyer false claim on purchase
I have a buyer who purchased one of my purses - once it arrived, she claims it does not match the description. This is false, the color is shown in multiple photos and is stated in the description. Because she chose didn't match description as the return reason, ebay is only giving me the option to accept the return - at my expense! Not sure what to do, appreciate any advice

Not sure what to do? Accept the return. If you don't, eBay will refund the buyer from your account and allow her to keep the purse. They will also reward you with a defect on your seller metrics for not resolving the problem.
Color displays differently on different monitors. It also photographs differently from real life. The color of the purse in person is not what she expected.Alternatively, since you have a no returns policy, your buyer had no choice but to choose the reason she did for the return. Otherwise, she would have to keep an item she isn't happy with. You want happy buyers don't you?
