Buyer failed to pay
I recently sold a classic car at EBay auction. The buyer initially contacted me to arrange collection and claimed to have sent payment to EBay. I can’t find any sign of payment and the buyer is no longer responding to messages or taking phone calls. What are my options? The sum owed is over £7,000. I am still in possession of the vehicle but EBay have already taken selling fees.
