Buyer entered wrong shipping address, item shows delivered back but can’t be found
Hello! I have a buyer that input the wrong mailing address. The tracking shows the item was returned to sender, but we haven’t received anything. We’ve waited a few days, but still have not received the item back. What options does the buyer have in this situation? What options do we have as the seller? Thank you!
