Buyer entered wrong address
Buyer didn't update their mailing address and the item was rejected. The buyer would like the item mailed to the new address when I get it back. How do I handle this situation through ebay?

Mentor1 year agoYou can ask for the buyer's email address and send them a PayPal invoice for the cost of reshipment. Then add the new tracking number to the ebay order details.
