Buyer emailed to tell me the item i sold was broken and not working and accused of selling a lemon.
I asked for photos and received none. No case has been opened yet, but it has only been two days. What should i tell the buyer.

·9 months agoReturn for a refund. The more you resist the return/refund, the more likely the buyer may damage the item more.
Or refund and let them keep it.
You will pay the return shipping so there's that cost to consider if returned.
