Buyer doesnt seem legit
I have an item that sold and the buyer hasn't paid. My question is do I have to wait 4 days if it seems the profile isn't legit. They have 4 transactions and zero reviews. Seems fake. Not responding and this was sold yesterday. I didn't know what I should do when I assume they are not going to pay and I want to offer it to the other bidder.

eBay gives buyers four days to pay; you cannot cancel for nonpayment before that time has elapsed. If you cancel for an inappropriate reason and the buyer objects or reports it, you may wind up with a negative feedback and an account defect.
