·3 years agoYou can't give a buyer negative feedback, but you can cancel the order on day 5 for nonpayment and give them a UPI strike.

Mentor3 years agoNo, sellers are not allowed to leave negative feedback for buyers.
On day 5, you can cancel the transaction using the reason that the buyer didn't pay. That will earn them a strike on their account and may impact their ability to buy in the future. Then you can relist and move on.

Then, to protect yourself from repeat offenders, scroll down that page and turn on the option to auto-block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items within 12 months.
