Buyer doesn’t answer to receive the shipment and pay the tax
Hello,
I sent a shipment from Egypt to New York, the buyer doesn’t answer phone calls to pay the tax and get the item delivered.
It’s a month waiting for her to answer, dhl wants to send me the package and I pay for the shipping + 19 USD handling fees + taxes when it arrives back to cairo
or the second option is to destroy the package abd also pay 19 USD
I tried to call the client her phone is out of reach ,
I can’t find an option to talk to an agent from eBay,
any suggestions or advices?
