@gammaray100 Has the buyer already filed a refund request case? If so then your only option is a partial refund in the request OR a return for a full refund.

How to offer a partial refund

To offer a partial refund:

Go to your Returns dashboard.
Select View return details beside the item.
Select Offer a partial refund and then Continue.
Enter the amount you wish to offer the buyer.
You can choose to add a message to the buyer.
Select Send offer.

You can only offer a partial refund once, and the buyer can choose to accept or reject your offer.
