Buyer does not pick up parcel
Hi,
I sold motorcycle parts to the usa.The buyer does not pick up the parts from post office .I wrote him 4 times to do so.The post will return the goods if he does not pick up.He does not communicate.Will I have to return his money if he does not do anything?
