Buyer does not pay

I sold item. Have not been paid. Ebay tells me I need to ship item first, then I will get paid. I have sent items before, and NEVER got paid! I can send the item. If buyer does not pay, I report buyer to Ebay. Then what? Buyer is reported, and simply opens another Ebay account

There is a difference between the buyer has not yet paid and eBay has not yet paid you. Once the buyer pays you are expected to ship the item. Since you are a new seller eBay will not pay you until tracking shows the item has been delivered to the buyer. You never ship the item until you see that eBay has shown the buyer has paid for the item.

In order for eBay to pay you you need to have verified your checking account with the Managed Payments System so eBay can make a payout to you. Have you done this?

When you say you werenâ€™t paid, do you mean the buyer never paid, or, do you mean the buyer paid, eBay said it was ok to ship, but the $$ never went into your checking account?
