Buyer Does No Pay

Question

First time seller. Buyer won the auction for $805 but has not paid. Email sent to buyer through eBay after 3 days questioning lack of action. No response. We've now passed the 4-day threshold. Should I relist the item or wait a few days for possible payment? Is this a common situation with buyers?

When a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".

In Seller Hub, go to Orders.
Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
Select "buyer didn't pay" as the reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.
