buyer disputed a order the day after I shipped the package
so I had a buyer place and order for a ice maker I got the order on a Friday and couldn't shipped until Monday arrives , I ended up shipping the package out on Monday than tuesday come the buyer submitted s dispute on the package stating they never received the item , I contacted the buyer explaining the package was just shipped and they should be receiving and update on the tracking shorty , Tuesday night the tracking number updated and carrier scan few days go by buyer still hasn't message back but the package reached there city/state but needs to be picked up at the local postal center due to address error I contacted the buyer telling them the order needs to be picked up due to them inputting their address in wrongly ( I use eBay shipping labels ) still nothing the package has been waiting to be picked up for a few days now and I never got a payout on the funds for this order because the buyer tried disputing so I have a eBay case that says it can take 2-8 weeks for the case to resolve I'm not sure what's the next steps I'm out of a product and out of funds , any suggestions?
