Buyer didn’t “receive” item but PO says delivered.
Buyer states he didn’t receive item. It was sent to wrong zip code but same city and USPS tracking states item “delivered, individual picked up at Postal facility”.
Buyer says he didn’t pick it up.
He opened a return after I messaged buyer that he would have to contact his postal service to iron out the details.
I have until the 18th for the buyer to close the request and after that eBay says they will step in and help me.
Do I wait it out!
