How do you handle if a buyer says they didn't receive an item but per the tracking it says it was delivered?

How do you handle if a buyer says they didn't receive an item but per the tracking it says it was delivered?

You can take a screen shot of the eBay tracking showing the item was delivered and send it to the Buyer and let them know eBay is showing they received it at the address on file. Then wait.
If they file a claim that they did not receive the item through eBay then upload the tracking number to the claims.

If the buyer filed a Refund Request due to item not received, you will need to respond to the request with the tracking number/tracking information that proves delivery.
