BUYER DIDN'T READ OR HAS BUYER'S REMORSE
HAS ANYONE SOLD AN ITEM AND STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION THAT THE ITEM NEEDED A PART THAT NEEDED REPAIRED OR REPLACED. THE BUYER PAYS FOR THE ITEM AND THEN WANTS TO RETURN IT BECAUSE THE PART DOESN'T WORK.
I AM NOW DEALING WITH A BUYER WHO EITHER DOESN'T READ THE AD OR HAS BUYER'S REMORSE.
EBAY INTIALLY SAID IT WAS BUYER'S REMORSE AND I WOULD NOT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT IT, NOW EBAY IS TELLING ME TO SEND THE BUYER A RETURN LABEL AND REFUND HER.
WHY AM I AS A SELLER RESPONSIBL;E FOR HER NOT READING OR HER BUYER'S REMORSE?

Mentor5 months agoIf you have a no returns policy, that is for buyer's remorse: didn't like it, changed mind, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere. You can decline the return. However, if the buyer states Not as Described/damaged, you will accept the return regardless of your return policy, and pay for the return shipping (or you can refund in full and not require return of the item).
