Buyer didn't read description/ expects 4, not 1, as listing states.
My listing shows a hat in 4 colors and the title states price is for one each. Description clearly states the the listing price is for ONE hat and to message me, the seller, their color choice. So, someone paid the listing pric3. When I messaged them asking which color they want, they said they expected to get all four hat colors. I politely explained that the listing is for one hat. I offered them a full refund if they aren't willing to pay for just one. No answer. Next day, I politely asked which color they want or if they we could prefer a refund. Again, no answer.
So, my question is, may I send them a full refund/cancel their purchase without negative repercussions? Or, since they didn't specify their color choice, just send then a hat, any color?
Obviously, I don't want negative feedback. But I am not willing to ship all four hats for the price of one. I would appreciate helpful advice!
