Buyer Didn't Read Description
I clearly stated in my listing that I was selling 1:6 scale art boxes without the figures. Additionally, I sold a broken figure with some accessories at a discounted price to clear out the items. Despite this, the buyer requested a return, mistakenly believing that I had intentionally sold incomplete items deceptively. After I provided screenshots of the item descriptions, the buyer acknowledged not reading them properly. eBay's policies typically favor the buyer, leaving limited options for the seller and often encouraging a refund. Given that the misunderstanding was due to the buyer's oversight, what is the best course of action to take?
