Buyer didn't pay and then bids again
I have a buyer who successfully bid on an item, then did not pay. As soon as I resisted he bid again but doesn't appear to be willing to pay a second time. What recourse do I have

You can add the buyer to your blocked bidder list to prevent future purchases.
