buyer didn't pay
Tried to cancel but "Buyer Didn't Pay" wasn't on the drop down menu-how do I cancel when the reason isn't there?

You will see that option on Day 5. [If you send an invoice as a reminder … the start date resets to the date of the invoice.]

OP3 years agoThank you! I wish I knew that before I took eBay’s suggestion to send the Buyer an additional invoice! Live and learn.

I don't think eBay ever announced the effect of sending an invoice. It's something we just figured out because of seller's like you wondering why they weren't able to cancel on the expected date. eBay's certainly a quirky venue. 😋

You must wait until 4 full days (96 hours) have passed and then you will see the "buyer didn't pay" option.

OP3 years agoThank you! That second invoice I sent triggered an extra 4 days for the buyer to drag this out. I didn’t know but won’t do that again!
