Buyer didn't collect item
Someone bought a sofa bed on 4 October, paid for it but still haven't collected it despite many messages sent. The buyer mentioned she still wants the sofabed though I haven't heard any more regarding collection and has gone quiet. I don't seem able to issue a refund now either.
What should I do?

There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.
