Buyer didn’t receive package
If a buyer had a porch pirate. Should me as a small seller do something bc I feel bad but I didn’t make hardly anything on sale

You are not responsible for stolen packages. They need to report the theft to their police department. You could also suggest that they have their PO hold their packages for them to pick up.
I know you feel bad for them. You might offer a discount on a replacement, if you feel the need to do something.
